Debian Squeeze on Lenovo IdeaPad U160

The laptop-display shows blank screen, external monitor is working.
Adding 'i915.modeset=0' as kernel-option works temporarily. To fully eliminate the problem just upgrade to a newer kernel by using backports.
2.6.39-bpo.2 is working for me.

Errorline on boot: "failed to get i915 symbols, graphics turbo disabled"
~# echo "blacklist intel_ips" >> /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
~# echo -e "i915\nintel_ips" >> /etc/modules

Hibernation does not fucking work (this made me crazy).
Add 'intel_idle.max_cstate=0' to the kernel-options.

In /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/resume:
RESUME=UUID=yourswapuuid

In /etc/default/grub:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="resume=UUID=yourswapuuid"
~# update-initramfs -u
